A tribute for my father.
My father has always been a man who appreciates fine art and crafts. Shaker boxes, we have made them. Five-pound blocks of cheese—you can check our basement, but there is probably one still brining. Needlepoint, he has stitched a pattern for each of his children’s weddings and for the birth of each grandchild. At some point in 2012ish, he discovered bonsai. I don’t know what started it, but there has been a fascination/obsession with Japanese culture and art.

I first visited with my father in 2017. He was excited to see the quantity and varieties of bonsai trees. The group discount also was of particular interest.
